We are not responsible for refunds or replacement for orders seized or detained by Customs. It is best to check with your local shipping authorities before ordering. Some countries, like France, prohibit the import of candles which include Ear Candles! We are unable to ship to Canada at this time. All orders are sent PRIORITY MAIL and can take up to 14 days to deliver (due to Customs inspections) Electing to purchase insurance does NOT guarantee condition of your order at delivery, each county has different procedures on postal inspection. |
